Itinerary:

Day 1 Depart Cape Town and drive towards Ladismith

Cycle to a farm stay just outside of Ladismith

Day 2 Meander along to Van Wyksdorp and Rooiberg lodge

Day 3 Conquer the Rooiberg pass

Day 4 Cycle through to the foothills of the Swartberg

Day 5 Optional rest or ride the Swartberg pass

Day 6 Head down to the outskirts of Oudtshoorn

Day 7 Enjoy the beautiful Montagu pass

Day 8 After a cycle to Wilderness, head back to Cape Town
